This is the second time that server had gotten my order wrong. I asked for the $5 dollar meal which is 2 wraps & a medium coffee but yet I only got charged for the coffee and not the wraps when I specifically ordered for the meal. Once again this has happened numerous times and im will inform others about the service and the lack of acknowledgement when a customer placed they order.

This place gets the order wrong every time. On this most recent visit, I ordered the cereal milk latte and bacon egg and cheese everything bagel. Gave them ample time before I got there, but nothing was ready because they didn’t have the ingredients for ANYTHING I ordered. Avoid this place like the plague

Worst service ever!🤬They don't know how to make coffee and also speak terribly to customers! I called the manager and I hope this person will no longer work in customer service! I ordered a Ice Matcha Latte, it was terrible for 🤢and I will show you in the photo! When I told this woman that the matcha was not mixed there and could she make a better one, she sent me away and laughed very loudly. She was busy with her boyfriend who was standing on the side! This is very unprofessional and disgusting! Never go there!!

When I told this woman she sent me away and laughed very loudly 🤬🤬🤬 She was like a Queen 👸🏻This is very unprofessional and disgusting!!! Never go there Never!!!
