I really don’t know what happened with Dunkin’ Donuts standards. Every single location at the LaGuardia Airport is downtown the hill, starting by the horrible, non sense of urgency customer service their employees have. The cream cheese have a tangy and cheesy flavor definitely not to the standards. The menu is a completely disaster, half of the products the have listed by they don’t have it available.Not recommend at all!!

Tucked into a corner of the lower level at LaGuardia’s beautiful Terminal B. Bright sign, clan surroundings, tables and chairs in front of the location. No app access. And everything is a lot more expensive in an airport. Service was adequate, although I had to wait for an employee from the back notice me, which was not great. They didn’t seem too interested in their positions.

I asked if any of the donuts were vegan and the girl looked at me like I was speaking another language. I had to repeat three times and she had no idea. So I asked if she knew what the donuts are made of and she said she didn’t know. I asked if anyone else would know and she said no. WILD.Also $7 for water seems insanely expensive. My coffee at Starbucks was cheaper.

So now you must order from a screen that takes much longer than ordering with a person… this is to free the employees to focus on the food prep.So how come the coffee is burnt and tastes terrible?Starbucks is 100 feet away, so is Eli’s.
