I just ordered a frozen coffee from this place and I explained to them very clearly that I wanted a caramel frozen coffee I may be repeated it to him more than five times and even explain to him in a different way I told him I want a slushie somehow someway my coffee was done without the caramel and I was treated very poorly this is a very serious problem that you guys are in urban communities and there's nobody Urban working in your environment you guys are monopolizing and discriminating against Spanish and black people this is the six Dunkin' Donuts in New York City that I walked into and seen not one person Black Or Hispanic working

If it’s for food check your order before you go because on numerous occasions they give you something you did not want or order. I always have to throw something out like why is my green goddess wrap orange and full of meat chunks. I wanted spinach and eggs.

There’s a racist manager who feels quite entitled to express disrespect outright to customers in a attempt to feel better about the fact his family had to immigrate his for economic survival. This is by far the worst Dunkin in all of Manhattan and quite possibly the state. Avoid this establishment at all costs or suffer the same fools as I.

This post is about the Dunkin’ Donuts appI went to dunking donuts and tried to redeem my points into an iced coffee and I was actually using the Dunkin’ Donuts guest WiFi and it just made my entire 500 points disappear. This is the second time that my points disappear and I can’t recover them. The app doesn’t have an option to chat with anyone or to reach anyone if this happens. Clearly I earned those points each time I make a purchase at a Dunkin donut location and that’s about every single day and I don’t appreciate that so I’m going to stop going to Dunkin’ Donuts all together. First, sketchy treatment from the employees, then glitches on the app that you can never recover from that’s enough.

You know I really don't get it...Dunking Donuts is getting real cheap with things..I really don't get it.I been getting ice cream cake for YEARS from them.I mean Years......their ice cream cakes are good. Very good consistency.But for this particular location they don't write "Happy Birthday" on the cakes.SooooooooooooooWhy sell people fake plastic hopes...Is bad enough their service sucks at the BARRIO location.Now they faking the funk with the cakes..I dont get itThey are very expensive 1st of all.....Soooo people don't just want to purchase a plain ol cake......For that their are supermarkets for that.But the young lady told me yes in the beginning...then at point of sale she told me NO....Like get it together at this location.I'm very very disappointed 😞EL barrio ain't running on squat with this Dunking Bonuts..Why have them in stock and display if one cannot commemorate on the cake to make it special.Why be sooooo expensive and presentable looking if WE the people cannot make it special.This barking wonuts really made me feel sad today.I wanted to celebrate someone special by giving them a cake with their name on it.But apparently the coffee shop don't do the baskin robbins stuff....Ya Sevice is str8 UP THRASH.
