Dunkin needs to educate its employees. Today morning, a rude little girl insulted a lady who is just like her mother. She just asked for her coffee because she was late. This little girl stayed talking instead of doing her job and it's not the first time they've done that. Especially Dunkin at 151E 125th St, NY. It's like they're being forced to work
