I would like to bring to your attention an ongoing concern at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 1063 Goffle Road, Hawthorne, NJ (previously at 84 Goffle Road). Since the move to the new building, the quality of the coffee I receive has not been consistent.I usually order a caramel hot coffee, light and sweet, but more often than not I cannot taste any caramel at all. At times, the coffee tastes burnt, almost like the bottom of the pot, and I frequently have to ask the staff to stir it properly. This has become frustrating, especially first thing in the morning when a simple order should not be an aggravation.My question is: are employees trained on how to properly prepare flavored coffees? It seems like the quality has gone down since the relocation.The only positive note I can give is that mobile orders are always ready when I arrive, which I appreciate.I hope this feedback helps improve consistency at this location.

I didn't know this Dunkin donuts employed disgusting rude customer service ladies who like to talk back to their customers when they get the order wrong and try to put the blame on the customer for their mistake, smh very disgusting behavior and very unprofessional for this place running as long as its been running to be hiring these rude customer service workers who treat their customers like bottom of the barrel scum of the earth.**CONTEXT**ON THE MORNING OF 9/24/2025 APPROX 8:34AM I HAD PLACED A SIMPLE ORDER OF THE $6 MEAL DEAL I TOLD THE WORKER I WANTED MY SANDWICH ON A PLAIN BAGEL TOASTED WITH MY COFFEE WITH HAZELNUT 2 SPLENDA AND SKIM MILK. THE WORKER WAS A MIDDLE EASTERN WOMAN, SHE'S SHORT ALSO WEARING A BLACK HIJAB WHO WAS ON THE FRONT REGISTER, SOMETHING WAS RUBBING ME THE WRONG WAY ABOUT HER WHEN SHE HAD ME SCAN MY PHONE TWICE TO PAY WHEN I HAD ALREADY TOLD HER I SCANNED SHE JUST IGNORES ME AND TELL ME TO SCAN AGAIN, THAT ALREADY GAVE ME A BAD VIBE ABOUT HER FROM THE START. I GET MY COFFEE BUT THE SANDWICH WAS ON A CROSSAINT SO I TOLD THE GUY WHOS WORKING SANDWICHES THAT I HAD TOLD HER I WANTED IT ON A PLAIN BAGEL, SHORTLY AFTER SHE YELLS OVER HIM TO ME TELLING ME THAT I DIDNT TELL HER I WANTED IT ON A BAGEL (WHICH I DEFF DID) SO IT FRUSTRATED ME AND I DECIDED TO ARGUE BACK WITH HER AND TOLD HER IF SHE DIDNT LIKE HER JOB TO LEAVE!!SO I DECIDED TO WALK OFF BUT I MADE SURE TO LET YOUR STAFF KNOW HOW NASTY AND RUDE SHE WAS FOR NO APPARENT REASON, IVE BEEN SHOPPING HERE FOR 10 YEARS AND THAT EXPERIENCE DISGUSTED ME SO MUCH I DIDNT EVEN DINE IN LIKE I NORMALLY DO DUE TO HOSTILE CONDITIONS AND AFRAID WHAT I WAS CAPABLE OF IF I WAS THERE ANY LONGER, SO FOR EVERYBODY AND IMPORTANTLY MYSELF I LEFT THE STORE FOR GOOD!THIS EXPERIENCE HAS DEFFINETLY SOURED MY DESIRE TO CONTINUE SHOPPING HERE ANY FURTHER UNTIL FURTHER ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINST THAT RUDE LADY WHO RUINED MY MORNING WITH HER DISGUSTING RUDE ATTITUDE.

Definitely way better in comparison to before. Store has better lighting, cleaner environment and appears to be bigger inside. Staff are a lot friendlier too.

Rushing customers to place order, being racist " brother we have a timer"It is extremely unprofessional to tell your customer you have a timer when they haven't even been there for one minute. To call someone " brother" because of their skin tone and push people out of the drive thru while the food is WRONG. Yall are disgusting and should not be in customer service.
