Afternoon staff , TRASH , Attitude. The skinny one doesnt need to work in customer service hes rude disrespectful and irate , & hes clearly enabled my management because after hes rude to u he calls the manger on n the phone. Lol all he had to do was remake my drink that was incorrect. I work in the building it isnt that hard. Now im getting a refund, i will NOTTT BE GIVING YALL MY Money yall DONT EVEN WASH UR HANDS. & boom ur on google ♥️

The service crew was so polite and kind. He was busy doing other things but he attended to me with a big smile and positive attitude. Surely i have the best Ice Tea today coz I was served with a good heart.

The service was good but the quality of the coffee is terrible and leaves a lot to be desired, an iced latte that tastes more like water than coffee is a shame, I ordered a frozen coffee that was caramel and wanted an original. We ordered cream and they have left it at the bottom and not on top of the iced coffee.
