I love this restaurant Casa Bella where my husband and I celebrated our 35th anniversary on July 4th, 2025 The food is amazing, and the service is fast. The place is clean, the bathroom is well kept and the hospitality is wonderful.

The quality of this Dunkin’ Donuts has went down so much the staff is slow slow. It’s never enough staff and they’re always saying that they’re out of stuff. I went today to get a pineapple mango refresher. I seen like three people ordered when I came in the guy at the counter keeps telling everybody that they’re out, and they only have raspberry. I placed my order only to see the next people behind me Order and order on the mobile app and mango pineapple refresher like hell plus extra extra long line I waited 20 minutes I was in the front of the line. It was three people in front of me and then there was like 10 people behind me extremely extremely so horrible service. I don’t know if he’s new or just dumb but he was walking like a snail And like every single time always saying that they’re out of stuff cause they just don’t wanna make it or whatever the case is but this is really really terrible always always dirty and nasty looking….. Plus, he wasn’t even listening when you’re ordering. I hear him tell everybody that we only have raspberry. I get up there and I’m like can I have a raspberry refresher? He’s like we don’t have it I was like but you just said you only have raspberry. he’s like oh yeah.

So we bought 2 $6 meal that consist of hash browns, bagel or croissant with coffee. We had wanted ice coffee but an err in the finger we clicked hot. When we asked the server to change it, he said his manager said $1 to change it to ice instead of hot. It's a part of the meal cambo, so I don't see why I still have to pay to just have ice.We asked for the manager and she was ok in her deportment but we ended up waiting 10 mins to get the ice coffee then it was more coffee than Carmel n nolldidnt get the amount of sweetener I requested. The hash browns were so salty n oily( ended up throwing that away. The croissant were flaky and eggs are a no go. We didn't receive any condiments for this order.

It doesn't matter if your order online or in store you're gonna be waiting. The team does not know how to maximize their staff. Why is 2 people at the register and 1 person on foods and drinks.

Smells terrible, ATROCIOUS service. Multiple times had to leave without my food (paid for) because they take too long giving out orders and have no organization.
