★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The food was okay by fast food standards, but that’s not the point.I’m giving this one star to the system — for how this location handled Air Canada’s meal vouchers. After a long delay and a rough travel experience, this was supposed to be a small gesture to make passengers feel cared for. Instead, it turned into a humiliating mess: untrained staff, no clear process, and a rushed, dismissive attitude that made me — a paying traveler — feel like a burden. From tourist to problem. From customer to charity case.A better-coordinated system and more humane interaction would’ve gone a long way.
July 31 · Sam ArdalanTwo kiosks that weren’t working, incredibly slow service, doesn’t take the Dunkin app or any gift cards. Lady paid through kiosk but didn’t process. Told her to wait back the end of the line ( at least another 30 min wait) she started complaining and then they took her order. If you’re looking for the worst experience, this is your place 👍
September 13 · Yeji HanThe service was pretty bad. There were 2 employees, neither interacting with customers. I ordered on the kiosk and then watched the employees ignore the man after me who wanted to pay in cash. I got a croissant sandwich, but the quality was terrible. The texture was like when bread is frozen then thawed. Did not finish it, will not be back
June 17 · Symone'if i could gives zero stars i would. got none of my orders right! drinks were completely nasty. no one was at the cashier at all so customers were forced to go on the kiosk , then employees had a attitude when customers were confused. a waste of money & time.
August 11 · Heaven HillCouldn’t even place an order. Finally left in frustration.Only one woman working who was incredibly slow and oblivious of any customers wanting to pay cash. People would order at the kiosk and she would jut make what was ordered without ever taking an order. She couldn’t multitask. Several people behind me were served ahead or me and it was clear she would never get to me. Wanted to spend a lot of excess change, so gave up and went inside.
