Stopped at DK this morning ordered 2 donuts and tea with honey. Received the donuts and cup which I thought was tea in there only hot water and no teabag.

Super unwelcoming experience. I went in to order my usual iced latte, requesting it with little ice. The person at the register informed me that the drink would not be filled to the top because of this. I then politely asked if they could add a bit of almond milk to make up the difference, but my request was completely denied without any consideration or flexibility.This interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming. As a regular Dunkin’ customer who enjoys your coffee and has had many positive experiences in the past, this was especially disappointing.

Worst experience ever. The counter staff were nice but one short lady was mean. And when I asked to file a complaint. The counter staff told me that mean lady was the manager. So what can I do. 🤷‍♂️

It's more than coffee at this location! These women are hard-working, dedicated, personable people. Their attention to detail is on display every day through their greetings, kindness, and unwavering service.These people have to stick around for a long time!More businesses should run like this one!

Horrible experience at Dunkin Donuts on MacArthur Blvd in Mahwah this evening. Went in for ice cream after dinner and the scoops were so skimpy. Basically half scoops (cup was half empty). The owners of this franchise should be ashamed of themselves. Felt cheated. You would think for $4 a scoop they would be fair with customers but they are greedy. Even after attempting to clarify the skimpy scoop situation with the employee they just rolled their eyes. Better options in the area! I will never return! Not a great business model cheating customers!
