I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue during my order. The staff member who took my order seemed to have difficulty understanding my requests, and I had to repeat my order multiple times, yet it was still incorrect.This has not been the first time I've experienced communication challenges here, and I regret to say that it may impact my decision to return in the future.I believe that offering customers the option to provide negative feedback, such as a rating system including negative stars, could help improve service quality moving forward

We were here at 9PM. Place was not packed but people were coming in and out. Got a hot coffee, an iced coffee and donuts, all fresh and delicious. Ladies bathroom was spotless. Guys bathroom was clean, but needed toilet paper. Informed one of the staff, and it was taken care of right away. The staff was calm and polite. Top 40 music, not loud at all. Place itself was clean, needed sweeping here and there, but the tables were clear.

I ordered a medium caramel craze iced signature latte and they gave it to me in a large glass and you can see that more than half of the glass is with whipped cream and the little below is the coffee, the coffee is sour as bad that coffee can't even be taken from how bad it is, my partner told them that was bad and they said they couldn't do anything.

I’ve lost count of my messed up orders.When I asked for no whipped cream, I was still charged for it. I actually saw the barista put on the whip and take it off.When I once asked for a medium, I got a small.When I once asked for a small, I got a medium.And once when my friend was trying to order something, the barista was babbling on her phone as if the customer wasn’t her thing to deal with. And predictably, the order was messed up.Another time I ordered an ice coffee and the barista barely mixed it so when I took a sip. I tasted god knows how much sugar. It was disgusting.

The bosses are good like everywhere else, I don't like the atmosphere because sometimes there are people there who don't need to be there, the place is very small and the people are too slow to serve, apart from the fact that they don't understand much English.
