Don’t go to this store, the service is terrible! I will give minus star if there is an option. The staff is so rude to the customer. So the quality of the drink and food are also very poor. It's hard to believe that such a nice neighborhood would have this Dunkin’ with such bad quality and service.

Worst service I ever experience don't know how they are still in business, i wanted the owner to be aware of the morning team especially the lady who wears the turban she should be fired very rude and unprofessional

Just wanted the owner to be a ware coz everyone is super nice in plandome rd.I come almost every day to buy small drink. Last tkme i was on 1.27.25 The young lady with the hijab not sure ethnicity...VERY RUDE. NOT NICE AT ALLI put the date on purpose so owner know schedule. it shouldn't be cold atmosphere and rudeness.Over all good drinks.Hispanic girl very nice

There is a reason the rating is 3.7 and not 4.8.The worker there was so negative with attitude. I left cancelled my older. Good luck to dunkin donut franchise. It reflects the owner attitude toward the customers. The high ratings posted are most probably posted by people working there and the owner.

Please don’t go to this store, the service from here is horrible! I will give zero star if there is an option. The staff is so rude to the customer. However, the manager came over and blamed the customer instead. Can’t believe it! The owner of this store - if you wanted to continue doing the business, please improve and make changes. We deserve a better service from Dunkin.
