Mediocre is all I can about this place. The workers are nice. The coffee is coffee, nothing to rave about. The food is subpar. Ordered a Bacon Egg Cheese Breakfast wrap for almost $3 and is about the size of 3-4 packets of ketchup, not to mention the soggy bacon. They used to be much bigger portions.

There’s one employee who serves the coffees who has a nasty attitude towards customers. Get rid of him and make the store great again. Service is quick though.

On a happy and merry day today, this place turned my mood upside down…sad, frustrated, and furious. I should have checked the reviews. Service was bad and very not understanding. The worker does not try to compromise or listen to our explanation/help needed. With the wrong calculation of transaction in our order, we asked what happened but the worker said “it’s your fault.” The lady re-did our order and deleted the first order without giving us the receipt which she threw away. In the first order our points were used, so the points are gone too. The lady gave us attitude and rolled her eyes. The man raised his voice and did not try to listen to our question or concern. Instead they said it was “your fault.”The headquarter has to investigate this location as there are also many other reviews that claim similar situations as us.

This is the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to, they don’t even blend the drinks I was literally drinking powder & I asked them to remake it & he did the same this after I had specified to blend it!
