I order a pumpkin spice and I think I was serve a macchiato, the taste was nothing like pumpkin spice and I have try it before, it doesn't even look like a pumpkin spice.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese wrap and noticed they left the paper within the wrap I guess after heating it up. I ordered a medium drink with a bit of ice and it felt like I took maybe 5 Sips if that. It was all just almond milk and ice at that point. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I placed mobile order for 2 dounuts, expecting to pick up little faster, there were 4 employees but none of them preparing my order for 10 minutes, I told one of them to get my dounuts, he said "your order is getting ready" with attitude, like 'Don't bother me, I don't want to work'. I was at dounut stand, none of them were preparing my dounuts, so he lied. Unfortunately manager wasn't available, so I requested his name, he provided fake name "Money" who barely speaks English, then I called DD HQ then requested to open a case, I am so anxious to discuss how unprofessional "Money" is.

never fails to impress me with its exceptional service, delicious coffee, and perfect selection of baked goods. Whether I'm grabbing a quick morning coffee or sitting down for a breakfast The coffee is always on point, whether hot or iced, and their donuts are fresh and perfectly sweet. I appreciate the variety they offer, and the seasonal specials always give me something new to try. The staff is friendly and efficient, making my visits smooth and enjoyable. It's the perfect spot for a quick pick-me-up or a relaxing moment with your favorite treats. Highly recommend it!
