I’ve been going there almost every morning now for about 6 weeks as it is close to my school. Nonetheless each and every single time the lady at the register has gotten something on my order wrong and each time I’ve tried to correct it the staff would be very rude and condescending about it each and every time. I understand food service can be a stressful job but that is no reason for such terrible customer service. They are rude and you can just tell that they don’t want to be there. I live Dunkin but this is by far the ONLY and worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to!

The lady at the front that’s always there (she might be the manager )is always so rude and passive aggressive. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up it asked if they can add a little more mango pineapple on my refresher because it tasted bitter. I didn’t think it would be an issue to put a splash more. She gave the biggest attitude about it being very passive aggressive. I thought she had a bad day the last time I went and saw her but I guess she is just like that. I won’t be coming again I’ll be going to a different location from now on to avoid such a hostile environment.

I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional customer service provided by Dunkin' Donuts at this location. As someone who has specific preferences for their coffee, I am quite picky. However, this particular location consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my coffee is made exactly the way I like it. I can’t forget the amazing store manager Dulce who always goes above and beyond with exceptional service. 🙌🙌🤗🤗🤗🤗

I’ve lived in NYC. For more than 30 yrs this is by far the first dunken that DONT follow instructions not only that who wants to eat a WHOLE bagel r we NOT!! Cuttin them anymore smh then wen politely asked gets attitude smh
