The service was as poor as it can ever get. I have never met a person less engaged in their customer or their job. Didn't listen, couldn't answer, didn't want to talk to us, gave incorrect answers, packed the wrong donuts... etc. All this under a mere 3-4 minute interaction.The donuts? I will be contacting health department. I came inside to purchase a donut for my son and there was construction going on directly above the food.I literally watched as dust mites fell on top of the employees head and shoulders. Image the food behind her . Unacceptable. Skip this Dunkin at all cost

However, they only added the butter pecan and oat milk, completely forgetting the espresso. Additionally, the sandwich was poorly cooked and had an uncooked smell. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with them.

I came into the store and this was the worst experience. For one I ordered the new snores iced coffee and then was given the smores cold foam .. so that means I was overcharged secondly I was charged for this grape jelly and as you can see how it looks and .. the smell of it is disturbing. My drink tastes like a regular coffee and it’s watered down. And the sandwich is covered in oil and it smells horrible.
