I like to read the other reviews before posting. Many low reviews complained about the service, but I'm posting this review because I've always had great service. After only a few times coming to this location the staff (a woman) knew my order. Nobody has ever messed up my order and I've never had to wait an excessive amount. I come here for breakfast food, coffee, tea, and the occasional donut. I would recommend this location. I feel like the employees care about the customers.

Service at this Dunkin donuts is never prompt or courteous.The staff seems busy but efficiency is not there.They could learn from the store on Roslyn Rd, in Roslyn Heights, not far from here.

I have been coming to this Dunkin since I was a child. In all my years coming here I have never been so disrespected. The woman working behind the register at 345 PM on 4/29/25 was super disrespectful and rude. She should not be working with the public if this is the way she treats customers. I have been coming here weekly almost my entire life and I will not be coming back. I am switching to the Dunkin on Jericho TPKE.

Come here at least once every week. Great location, my go to stop for a sweet treat. Nice place to hang out especially in summertime. Ice cream, drinks, and food are great. Keep it up.

Great staff and love my morning coffee! One of best Dunkin around the area. Efficient staff and also had a big order and staff was able to prepare order pretty fast.
