Alot of confusion & mix up with the employees long wait in line during early morning rush hours. They were speaking a foreign language. Even though there was a line no manager on sight to be seen. They only thing good I can say is the new girl in the sandwich section was faster & more accomodating then the previous older lady.

This is my go-to Dunkin spot. Convenient location and staff is always on point. Very friendly and accommodating, and always providing great service. Sometimes they get a high volume of customers, but they’re able to deliver quick and efficiently - never had a wrong order given to me.Management is also great and helps ensure all staff members are treated like a team. One feedback I’d provide is to probably to have a dedicated coffee staff who handles all drink orders separately while the rest of the staff focuses on other things (I’ve seen this structure work very efficiently in Manhattan, specifically in very busy locations). But either way, friendly service, great vibes, and a hard working pool of staff.

The staff was super friendly and made my day brighter with their upbeat attitude! I was in and out in no time, even though it was a busy morning. Great speed and efficiency. Hats off to Team Lipi. Always have great experience there.

Took a photo too, Who ever is manager here must have taught staff to make the refreshers with almost 80% green tea and a drop of 20% of the strawberry, make it 50/50 like other Dunkin locations, took one sip it tasted like tea only, I'm spending money for strawberry not for all green tea last time I go here, I advise anywhere else. Had to buy another one at another location.The difference shows the one on the LEFT is from another location, the one RIGHT is their location hardly pink you could taste the difference and see the difference.
