My daughters went to get a strawberry refresher, and when we got to the location, the store was getting ready to close. I asked if they could please let us buy the drink, and they opened quickly and let us purchase our favorite drink. I appreciate the excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and were very patient. Thank you for making our day.

The young woman who assisted me was extremely rude, and in the end, she only gave me what she wanted.I ordered a sugar-free French vanilla cappuccino, and when I arrived to pick up my order, she handed me an iced coffee. I told her that’s not what I ordered, and she just gave me another coffee with regular vanilla—and it wasn’t even hot. Out of respect for my family, I just threw it away…But it’s a disappointment. I always go to different Dunkin’ locations, but don’t go to this one.

Flies everywhere definitely landing on donuts and utensils. The prices here are higher then 34st harold square!! Dont waste your money.

They are always getting my sandwich order wrong. I would ask for a bacon and cheese sandwich and they will always give me the wrong thing.

This place will straight up give stale old rotten food. It keeps happening every time I order from this spot. Even co-workers that go there complain all the time. They should fire the entire staff and get a whole new crew or replace them with robots. If you can’t do a simple job, then you don’t need it. Bunch of greedy bums that can’t do their job.
