Came here to post my review since they don't care about food customer clearly , bought SUBWAY over priced obviously on uber eats, to get treated to trash, didn't put the items I want it, clearly what ever employee made this doesnt care.... so dissappointed to have wasted my money.

Preferences online orders way too far ahead of guests standing in line. I understand online orders are called in first, but don't stop what you're doing with customers in the store to run the register for like 3 online orders, one of which came on after I had already been waiting in line like 10 minutes. So this place is probably fine if you order online. It's not worth the hassle to walk in because they have little interest in your business.

This place is disappointing and disgusting. It’s very dark and filthy in there I ordered a tuna sandwich and this is what they gave me this place needs to be shut down there plenty of bad reviews and they still have this place open is mind blowing I would be reaching out to the manager and district manager about these issues because this is unacceptable

Very rude employees, an I mean all because I’ve been there in the afternoon and evening. My sandwich was toasted & mayonnaise on it which was not on the instructions. No tuna no wheat bread. If you ask for jalapeños on the side or something it’s ignored. Very dark inside the store also. They don’t deserve for customers to keep this place running if they’re going to be rude & not keep a little to Subway standards. As you can see there’s mayonnaise on this sandwich plus the order before this canceled because no tuna.

Rudest Subway Staff I’ve Ever EncounteredI don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel like others should know. From the moment I walked in, the employees acted like I was invisible. No greeting, no acknowledgment – they just stood there chatting and ignoring customers. When one of them finally decided to help me, the attitude was horrible. The tone was snappy, impatient, and full of attitude like I was inconveniencing them by simply placing an order.I tried to explain how I wanted my sandwich, and the employee cut me off mid-sentence, rolled their eyes, and seemed annoyed the entire time. When I asked for a correction because they got it wrong, they gave me a dirty look and made me feel like I was asking for too much. There was absolutely no professionalism, no courtesy, and zero effort to provide even basic customer service.Subway needs to seriously re-train this team or consider hiring people who actually want to work and know how to speak to customers with respect. I walked out feeling irritated and disrespected. Definitely not coming back to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.
