I stopped by as a solo diner on a Friday evening around 5:15 pm and lucked out snagging the last seat. Anthony, Sadie Mae, and the rest of the staff immediately made me feel welcome and taken care of.The food was excellent from start to finish. The oyster with green chili was fresh with just the right amount of heat, the marinated peppers on toast were simple but packed with flavor, and the snails in tamarind butter were rich and addictive. The stuffed pepper with pork, woodear mushrooms, and shrimp was hearty and satisfying, and dessert — a pavlova with tapioca pudding and blueberry ice cream — was the perfect, refreshing finish. Great food, warm service, and a cozy vibe make this a spot worth coming back to..if you can get in! - Justin Yee
