★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I normally pickup my order and never an issue, food is delicious however, today we sat in to celebrate my mother’s 77th Bday and to my surprise the food wasn’t as good as i expected. The mofongo was dry even w/sauce and my mom’s salmon was overcooked. The server was pleasant so my 20%tip was for her service and I did mention the salmon was dry and she said she’d let the cook know but no discount was offered, although I’m sure it’s not her call to do that I had liked if it was offered.
June 28 · Millie PerezI loved the old Cibao the food was amazing and the setup was great. Now the setup is ridiculous less room to eat. And the food is horrible. I ordered food on 5/23/25. I got my usual rhe pernil sandwich and an order of chicharrón. I ended up getting food poisoning that day. The pernil did not taste the same and rh chicharrón tasted old and greesy. I ended going to the hospital for the food poisoning. I will never buy from there again. It's a shame they used to be good.
May 28 · FlexFrom the moment you enter the door, it’s beyond clear they don’t want anyone who isn’t Hispanic in the establishment. Sad and disgusting. Won’t be back.
August 28 · Jane DoughMe and my boyfriend went here after we went looking for some food. The food was out of this world, best food I had in years
March 03 · Danielle QuintanaCibao has my whole heart. It doesn’t get any more authentic than this! Whenever I need some comfort food I order from Cibao. Reminds me of growing up and being in PR.
