Absolutely 0 customer support. My delivery couldn't be completed (3 successful deliveries up to this point) and I'm told by the 3rd party delivery company that the meals were disposed of. I tried contacting Factor twice over the course of 3 days, and its an absolute ghost town. They're site even showed the delivery failed, but they still charged me. The meals were pretty good, but the logistics and support are terrible. Plenty of competitors in this space to turn to instead.
August 20 · Kyle KeblerI would leave zero stars if I could for this company. You have to create a subscription to view the menu and then cancel if you just want to look. You have to put a credit card on file to view the menu. I feel that this is very deceiving. I never hit the button place order but was send an order with missing items. When I tried to cancel they were very unhelpful. Worst company do not recommend.
July 19 · Jacquelyn MahoneyFool me twice...Several years ago I inadvertently forgot to change my delivery address during a move. No help at all from customer service. They told me to contact FedEx and I did. FedEx was incredulous that the shipper did not contact them. Fast forward a couple of years and I decided to check out their current menu. I opened the app on my phone which apparently reactivates your account. Unbeknownst to me, I'm getting a delivery of meals I would not have chosen. Additionally, I tried to delete my credit card from the Factor App. Can't do! Must add a new card before you can delete a card. It took two calls to customer service (first one dropped in mid sentence). I requested that my account be deactivated. Supposedly that was done today. I also requested that my credit card info be removed from their systems. I received an email that said they can't do that until they verify that it's me asking. Great. Email says 45-90 days. I will notify my credit card company that any further charges are fraudulent. Not a trustworthy company at all.
April 11 · Frances MImpossible to cancel once you’re subscribed. We cancelled in the app but were still charged, then we called and cancelled over the phone and even deactivated our entire account. Guess what? Charged AGAIN a few weeks later. What a mess. Don’t subscribe unless you like getting your money sucked out of you.
March 11 · Sam LeeItThis was an absolute horrid experience, possibly one of the worst I've had with any company, ever. I ordered a meal delivery for a grieving friend, a widow and her son. Apparently, the company had some kind of issue where the billing address and delivery address were conflagrated, which caused the first week delivery to not happen. They apologized for the issue, issued me a credit and assured me that the delivery would take place the following week. I also texted their support and said it looks like it's still the wrong delivery address showing, please fix it. Nothing. Second week now that my friend did not receive the meal for her and her son. I told the support agent that I don't need a refund or a credit -- what I need is the food to be delivered to my friend. I don't care how they make it happen, but they need to get the food there ASAP. They couldn't do this. I was failed not once but twice! I gave them a second chance and they blew it, big time! Do not trust this incompetent company!!!
