★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Came here for lunch when I was employed and the food is really good. The flavors are not overpowering and very subtle but still tasty. Portion is really good as well. Service is great. And the drinks are good. Some seating space and decent price.I was happy they had sorrel and pineapple ginger drink, which I am familiar with. I really liked the fish. And the sauces.
January 22 · Jo (J's 2 Real)I wanted to try something new for lunch, went to Fieldtrip at peak lunch hour the service was fine but the food was not worth it. I got the most flavorless chickpea curry in the world also the falafel had this goopy texture really off putting. I paid $20 for this Bowl mostly was filled with collard greens. Definitely not worth it, you can find amazing options for $20 somewhere else.
April 11 · saba NUpdated from 5 stars. I last visited 2 weeks ago after creating a bowl and today a diff cashier was extremely hostile when I asked to do the same. She was yelling that "WE DONT DO THAT"over and over, and when I said I was just here weeks ago she said THAT WAS THEN... The guy serving corrected her and kindly stepped in to take my order. This lady needs more training not only with the offerings of the restaurant she works, but her attitude, and give the other guy needs a raise! Here is her in the photo. The jerk meatballs were fabulous with the sauce and tolerably spicy if you're sensitive. Plantains still great but you dont get many. Sliced peppers great even if lukewarm. And juices are fantasticI'm unsure why reviews are so mid. After sampling the incredible coco rice grits, which is fragrant, sweet and soft/sticky, I made a bowl of that, plantains + fried fish. It was excellent! The lemonade is phenomenal as is the turmeric drink. The sorrel is relatively bland. Woman beside me was tearing up her salmon bowl! I want to try that, the shrimp and jerk meatballs. Register could def be more friendly. Wish there were Queens locations
August 12 · M BI entered this location at 645pm on a Wednesday & was waiting nearly 5 mins to place my order despite being the only one there, NO GREETING NO NOTHING!I got two fried chicken bowls & the rice was delicious & the vegetables were crunchy but the CHICKEN was DRY there was no moistness to it at all.The crab pockets tho were spot on that blue crab meat was most definitely real deal. Will I go back to try another bowl?Yes maybe a shrimp bowlWhen? No time soon
October 26 · Sports Opinion LogMy first time visiting. I had the crispy fish and collard green rice bowl. The fusion was scrumptious. I cannot wait to try the other bowls.
