Such a cool Gumbo experience and unique way to have it prepared so efficiently for you. Chef John is AWESOME and he truly cares about his customers enjoying their food. Everyone on staff was very friendly. I work close by for now so I will try everything while I can. Highly recommend eating at the bar so you can see the food being made in front of you. Appetizers were delicious and drinks are top notch. - Robinson Law
