January 19 · Ujesh Vorane of the worst restaurants in Bloomingdale's and in nyc. Terrible service and terrible food. I came here with my family for a quick snack before my shopping. First of all I got greeted by a man whoclearly couldn't understand anything I said, I asked him if he had sparkling rose and he brings me Saratoga sparkling water. Then he sends the waitress named Giselle her name tag said. Very sassy and condescending waitress. I asked her if there was any sparkling rose she said no we have still Prosecco. If the Prosecco is still it means that it's flat. I ordered a Mac and cheese for my nephew and mom and I ordered a burger to share. My brother joined later and ordered a dark and stormy which was really bad. The waitress had to make the drink herself, anyways my brother ordered the calamari and it came out first but no sharing plates nothing. My nephew gets his Mac and cheese that was so gross and burnt. Then everyone else was getting their food and I had to ask the waitress were is my food she said coming. 45 minutes later my burger came out and there was a hungry toddler. I had to cancel it because I had some other errands to do. Asked for the check. My family agreed that the service was very rude and unfriendly and unprofessional. A manager was never present. I rather do to Nordstrom they have better service than Bloomingdale's. Beware of this place.
July 06 · Peralta LindaWe just went for a quick shopping beer break in the almost empty Flip and it turned into an almost Fawlty Towers (old British sitcom) experience. It took a long time to get any attention and when our pint beers arrived they were without carbonation and in small glasses. Anyway, we had our break, and tried to catch the attention of our waiter without luck. The front of house was looking but not reacting until I asked for the bill. Well, she wasn’t doing bill, but at least it caught our waiter attention enough to ask us if we needed anything. I skipped telling about the missing carbonation but couldn’t help pointing out the less than a pint size. She insisted to it was 16 oz, measured it to a little less than 14 oz and toll me this was their pint size. It is the closest to no service I have had in NYC.
April 13 · Niels BernerHad a quick lunch there today and the staff was incredibly friendly and the new menu has some great options. Deviled eggs and truffle fries I highly recommend!
February 20 · Thomas DeMasiGot stuck during a rainstorm and found this spot. Food is ok. Staff is extremely friendly. Go for Happy Hour and shopping!
