Since it was our first visit he gave us the whole rundown of the service.As soon as we had plates on our table the gauchos started coming with the meats. Before going we wondered if we would be waiting for gauchos to come with more food but that was definitely not the case. We had to turn over our tokens to the no thank you side just to get caught up eating. Even before we were ready to get more food they came back because our plates were getting low.Food was delicious and the selection was large I think there were 16 varieties of meat.All the staff was very attentive. A second waitress Jasmine came to check on us even though she wasn’t assigned to our table.Customer Service specialist Mia also checked on us several times and asked if there were any specific cuts of meat we preferred then sent over the gaucho serving that meat.Overall it was a great experience and will definitely go again.

From the moment we sat down, we were greeted with such warmth and attention that made the night truly special. Our waitress Jasmin went above and beyond — she was attentive without ever feeling rushed, made excellent recommendations, and ensured every single detail of our meal was perfect.The service was impeccable, the food was incredible, and the entire experience felt elevated and personal. It was such a joy to see the passion and professionalism Jasmin brought to work reflected in the entire dining experience. Their churrasco experience was exceptional, but so were their main dishes, like the Chilean sea bass 👌Fogo de Chão is always a treat, but tonight felt extra special thanks to the attentive, gracious service and staff. It felt like I was dining with family. Highly recommend this location if you want an exceptional dinner experience ✨ Keep up the lovely ambience guys!

Make sure to try the full experience!The food was great but the staff was even better, so friendly and amazing service.One of the servers Leo took extra great care of us which we really appreciated. One of the managers Harold was fantastic as well and really went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience.

September 29 · Jessica WakkilaMy son wanted a farewell dinner at Rodizio before he heads out to Japan to serve for 3 years - so choice fell on this location.In the heart of a Willowbrook Mall.. place is big - bar, casual tables, dinning area a few smaller private rooms…Yes - it is EXPENSIVE. As in NYC or Vegas Expensive - so if you are budget conscious - i would recommend checking out pricing before booking..They were busy even on a tuesday evening. We were quickly seated and all boys opted for chorizo service (rodizio) while mrs went for seabass. Large appetizer help yourself table with plenty of everything for any taste - fruits (papaya was awesome), cheeses, meats, soups, vegies and fish… then… then the on-slot of serving meat began.This is perhaps one change i would recommend they make - dont bring stuff out rapid fire! We sometimes had meat brought before even having a chance to try what just ended up in our plate - literally less than a minute apart.. it’s distracting and doesnt allow a chance to adequately try and taste everything on a plate or have a conversation - yes, there is always an option of flipping a sign to red and noone will come…Anyways - too many choices to name of what was brought from lamb, chicken, port and obviously beef. Grilled cheese with honey was also a part of the feast…Werent thrilled with lamb, and pork was a bit too salty, but overall - we were all stuffed and happy..My advice - go light on snacks and appetizers if you are coming for meat.. leave room :)Meat was too quality and cooked to perfection… noone had room for deserts…Overall - positive vibe, but for pricing - would expect a bit more privacy and upscale atmosphere but again - not that big of a deal..
August 05 · dan libmanTiffany and the waiting staff were excellent. All meats were cooked to perfection! The amount of options the salad bar offers compliment the meats so well. Great atmosphere! Highly recommend coming to this location. Service on all levels went above and beyond and were extremely accommodating, especially our server Tiffany.
October 11 · Stiven GonzalezAccommodating and food kept coming. Beautiful atmosphere. I loved the espresso martini. The pan de que ijo was soo good. The meat could be more flavorful but loved the lamb, quite tender.
