★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve given this place three chances. Each time, I walked out more disappointed than the last. It’s genuinely heartbreaking because I wanted to love this cozy little café/smoothie spot tucked away in Woodhaven. But the truth is: they just don’t seem to care.I asked for a frappe and the woman behind the counter looked at me like I’d asked her to grow a third arm. At least she asked what kind of milk I wanted...a small glimmer of basic service. But then came the waiting… and waiting. There were only two other people there, yet it still took far too long to make a single drink.Curious about the Sunday Coffee Club (which I had read about), I asked if they still offered the discount. Her response? They changed the hours because “no one was going in.” Ouch. What’s more infuriating is that the sign out front clearly says 10AM–2PM, yet she told me it’s now 9AM–12PM. Mixed signals much?To top it off, the sign promised homemade pastries...but there were none. And based on what others have said in reviews, this isn’t a one-time fluke. It’s a pattern. It’s genuinely such a shame. The interior is beautiful. The vibe? Pinterest-perfect. The tables are cute, the layout is inviting… but the service? It kills the entire experience. At this point, the employees are what’s holding this place back 🫣
July 29 · MonchiGo Natural is one of those rare local spots that feels like a true hidden gem located on Woodhaven Blvd within the cultural heart of Queens. The smoothies are rich, vibrant, and full of real ingredients. I grabbed a protein smoothie blend that was both refreshing and surprisingly filling. Their crepes and berries & cream hit the perfect balance of indulgent and light. Prices are more than fair for the quality, and the portions are generous. The shop itself has a peaceful, welcoming energy — bright, clean, and clearly put together with love. The staff is warm and attentive without ever being overbearing. There’s real care in the service, and you can feel it the moment you walk in.If you’re around on a weekend, don’t miss their Sunday Coffee Club — a mellow DJ event that pairs perfectly with your drink and gives the whole place a cool, community vibe. Whether you’re local or just passing through, this is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to.
August 05 · Alex EckGo Natural is the BEST!! Delicious and fresh and everyone there is so nice😇 have yet to try a juice, smoothie, or coffee I have not loved! And great dairy alternative options:)
August 04 · Mia HopkinsAfter I found out they “weren’t serving juices right now,” i opted for the Berry Deliciousness smoothie which is supposed to have strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and almond milk according to the chart. Before ordering I asked her, “do the smoothies just have those ingredients only?” And she said yes. To my surprise, I saw her adding a thick, creamy white substance to the smoothie, so I asked what that was when she was done and she replied, “condensed milk for sweetness.” To not even ask me if I want that in the smoothie is wild!!!! What if I was vegan or lactose-intolerant? You’re just putting extra things not listed in the ingredients and lied to my face beforehand. Smh. I took it anyway thinking it would be ok, but it has this weird taste - I don't drink condensed milk at all.
July 19 · Shaniah GrantThis place is nice! 😊 I have never had an Açaí bowl before and I absolutely loved the signature one. These ladies are nice and hard working.
March 16 · Bye Felipe!
