- I went to your jfk spot today around 4:40pm I had my flight attendant uniform on.There was two ladies upfront one on the cashier machine and one serving. She skipped to serve me and asked a different person for their order. After I looked at her she rolled her eyes.Im beyond shocked to see the kind of people in who represent your establishment.Unprofessional and very rude .After I asked why she skipped me she got offensive and served my food with so much attitude.Gave me 3 dry pieces of jerk chicken no gravy two pieces of dry plantain and rice.I went and came back to ask for gravy she catches attitude again and I politely told her that’s not fair. She yelled “which gravy you want ,you should have said that before.” Gave me a lil gravy and dismissed me when I was talking by saying “no go have a good day “ I politely told her that the attitude is unwarranted .She kept yelling with the help of the other cashier both black girls “go now have a good day “ .Id like to tell everyone to avoid this place at jfk baggage claim area. The staff are horrible and the food is served like it’s given to animals.I would have posted my food picture if I had an option August 08 · Galton Mkorori
