Good times deli Introduce
In a city where a good deli is a cornerstone of the neighborhood, Good Times Deli aims to be a reliable spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Located in the Bronx, this deli offers a wide variety of classic and creative menu items that cater to a range of cravings, from breakfast omelettes to hearty sandwiches and wraps. The business model is built around convenience, with a focus on takeout and delivery to serve the fast-paced life of New Yorkers. The menu is extensive, featuring signature items with local flair, such as "The Bronx Wrap," alongside familiar favorites like paninis and cold-cut sandwiches. However, like any business, experiences can vary. While the deli's owner or counter person may be friendly and helpful, some customers have voiced concerns about food quality and service consistency. This is a common challenge for busy delis, where the pressure to serve a high volume of customers can sometimes lead to issues. Despite these mixed reviews, the deli's commitment to providing a quick-visit option with a diverse menu remains a strong point for those in the area looking for a fast and varied meal.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The guy at the register is friendly and helpful. However the food is off; I ordered lamb over rice and it was inedible. The lamb was hard like rocks or dog pellets. It’s as if they had it forever and kept reheating it until it was like jerky. I got sick. When I brought it to the store persons attention a few days after my stomach illness, he apologized and gave me a free piece of cake. I didn’t eat there for a very long time. I retried it again today; the guys on the grill truly don’t listen; they added grilled onions. I never said anything about onions, I have horrible reflux… When the person at the register asked the guys on the grill to make it over, they argued and became defensive. I get back to my desk and start to eat the sandwich and literally bite into an onion. I called the store’s listed number 7 times without any answer. I won’t be going back, no respect for the patrons’ money.
January 29 · Chris W.Terrible Customer Service. Asked for 1 Lemon Chicken and 1 Honey Garlic Chicken sandwich. Got them both the same. Asked for the bread extra toasted and they were being difficult about it. Them at the counter the cashier was yelling out the wrong sandwich names. Then on top of that he mixed ip the sandwiches and when I asked which was which he said "I don't know, that's why I was asking what you ordered". The people there are mad rude and the food was mid anyways. Never going back there. I recommend you find another deli to go to.
December 06 · MyriadI ordered a sandwich to be cold on a hero so I could pay for it with EBT & the guy making the sandwich gives me it hot. When I tell the cashier upfront I asked for it cold the guy who made the sandwich starts yelling at me saying I never asked for it to be cold. He then repeats to me “you said hero cold” so literally proving I asked for my sandwich to be cold but he just assumed it meant I only wanted the bread to be cold. Then he didn’t want to make the sandwich for me & told me to go elsewhere. How are you gonna be mad at me because you can’t follow instructions when that’s your JOB??In the end the cashier let me pay for it with EBT but then told me to let them know I want my sandwich to be cold next time as if I never said that & as if I don’t come to that deli damn near everyday always getting a cold sandwich with my EBT Card. Ridiculous
October 11 · Jam MonteroDefinitely was not a “Good Time “ came in when it was not busy. Like 3 customers were in the store with me. We all go to order sandwiches with the exception of one person who got a salad and all 3 sandwiches the deli men did wrong… their were two behind the counter so idk what was so hard about it. Someone asked for no ham and received ham. The other asked for Mayo and didn’t get mayo and I asked for a hot sandwich and got it cold…. I was the only one who told them to please heat it up and the Deli guys was very rude huffing and slurring things in Spanish. Uncalled for I won’t be going back. If you don’t know how to listen to instructions why work making sandwiches?
November 22 · Marbellyy AmadoWent in for a Grilled cheese with ketchup and Mayo. Simple enough right? No, the cheese was cold and no ketchup I ask to warm it up please and the Mexican Heinz the counter told me “ a la verga” I’m Hispanic so I understood clearly it was a curse word. I told him to not speak to me like that. And he told me he will never make a sandwich for me. What kind of customer service is that? Disgusting and no manners
