My family and I love bubble tea, so when we heard many of our friends raving about Heytea, we decided to give it a try since we were in the area.We all agreed that our friends were right; their bubble tea is much better than many other places we've tried before because they use high-quality tea. We could truly taste the sweetness and the delightful fragrance with every sip. The entire shop was filled with the wonderful aroma of tea.When we visited their shop, it was quite busy with many orders, but they managed to process everything quickly. They even had a monitor for us to track the status of our order. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and professional.This place definitely deserves my 5-star rating!

I tried the Matcha Cloud with cream cheese on top and the Cloud Mulberry Strawberry Lemonade, and both were unexpectedly so good. They were around 9 dollars each and I liked them so much the first time that I actually came back again to the same spot.

New (relatively) tea shop in town and the unique beverages they serve up do not disappoint!I’ve tried a few of their drinks during my visits to Herald Square, and each one was made fresh. Their unique blend of high-quality tea mixes are attractive and refreshing. The queue is always long but worth the wait.
