I had such an amazing experience at hook & reel! Letrice was our server here for the second time and she has been amazing both times she shows outstanding hospitality! This was definitely worth writing a review for. I really appreciate not only her service, but the entire staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. The food was everything I wanted & expected. As soon as I walked in our server Letrice was very welcoming and comforting. I enjoyed my time here and the service, music was a plus. She had a great smile and a friendly demeanor. Service was awesome! I came with three kids. My waitress had so much patience, which I appreciate. Customer service was Amazing. If you have kids that love to sing come on Wednesday night karaoke be popping. Definitely a five star
