So I didn't taste the dairy ice cream, only the non dairy. I truly think it was awful. Because of this, I put 3 stars on food cause I didn't eat the rest, but what I did was bad.In the service side, if you go to the Latinos, they are more capable and fast. The rest are nice but a little slow to react.The place does need some maintenance or remodeling.Again, I didn't try the dairy ice cream but would advise against buying non dairy options

Really love this place. The pizza was actually really good, way better than I expected. I also had soft ice cream, and it was smooth and tasty. They’ve got great options, fair prices, and the hours are solid too—open late, which is super convenient. Just a great spot to chill and grab something good.

I have to come out and say that this is an amazing little store.The ice cream is absolutely incredible in flavor, and in my opinion well worth the prices! Just note that this is a very small store and the variety of flavors is limited. While I can understand that sometimes this store can get busy. It would help the overall customer experience. If the staff was more enthusiastic about there job. It would have made this into a 5 star review.

i recently tried their sundae cup and while it was delicious, I found it to be a bit too sweet for my taste. However, the quality of the ice cream was top-notch, making it a great destination for anyone looking for a sweet treat. I had a sundae cup. 🍦 ✨

i used to come a lot but one time i came with my daughter and the staff where so rude made my daughter sad not a come back place rather go some were else mimi and jacks have way better staff and if some one got the wrong thing thell through it out and give a knew one way better place to go and they dont lie but the ice cream house flatbush dose and i gave them lots of mony over the years and they still were rude how awful not trying to be mean but i learnt when and what i am a loud to say i even spoke to a rabbi
