I had a negative experience at the IHOP on Springfield Ave, food was horrible. I vowed to never go to an IHOP again. However, I visited one in Miami in April and the food and service was amazing. So I tried the IHOP again back home on Broad Street and had the same food I had in Miami. When I say it was delicious. It’s an understatement, our server Lucy was extremely sweet and made sure we were satisfied from entering the door to leaving. She sat us in her VIP section ;-). I will certainly return just to have the experience with her again as well as the food. THANK YOU LUCY. They need you to train everyone. See you soon!

I went to IHOP, and when I tell you there was no wait I mean no wait. I was seated right away, and the service was really good. I ordered the breakfast sampler with extra ham, and everything came out just the way I wanted.Definitely coming back again. Great experience!

Lucy is amazing, what a friendly and warm welcome to IHOP. The food was amazing and she brought us Brits the best tea ever. She has a great manner, super friendly and able to advise us on local activities and tourist hotspots. All the tables near us were also so happy with her friendly and natural banter. Great food, great vibes, great tea and super great Lucy the hostess with the mostest. Thanks for a great breakfast xxx

This place is quite smaller in comparison to standard IHOPs. Yet it gives cosy feeling. The food is quite good, same as other IHOPs. We tried the Chicken Fajita Omelette, Chicken Biscuit Sandwich and a Full Stack Pancake. It was too heavy for a brunch. I would recommend double checking your order while placing it with the waiter. We also ordered hash browns but our waiter mixed it up with more pancakes. But she was quick enough to replace it with hash browns.

IHOP never misses!The service here was fast and smooth -- absolutely no wait time, and plenty of seating available. It's a great spot for a casual breakfast date or when that craving for classic, comforting food hits.The staff had such great energy and made the experience even better. I ordered the strawberry banana pancakes, and they were delivered quickly and with care. Soft, fluffy, and packed with flavor -- I enjoyed every single bite!Can't wait to come back for another meal. IHOP continues to be a go-to breakfast favorite!

I was not planning to eat here but so glad the restraunt up the street wouldnt let me use the bathroom before ordering and I took .y business to IHOP.In sharp contrast to how I was treated a few doors down I was greeted with friendly smiles even as I walked in right before closing and hadnt realized it by the way they treated me like a long lost friend. I was really greeted so warmly and invited to sit after using the facilities. A fresh pot of coffee was put in front of me while I looked over the menu. My server name was TY. and she was very kind. She helped guide me to order the Fried shrimp dinner and it was no problem to switch to mashed potatoes instead of fries.TY was happy to take my order, made sure I had everything I needed and checked back to make sure I was happy and didnt need anything. I wish I had room for dessert a she suggested but I couldnt finish my food. The platter was huge. Delish! Ty had no problem getting me a take home container. I believed her when she said she hoped to see me again. Very professional and personable.( Unlike her counterparts at Cbread that treated me like a liar, and refused to let me use the bathroom before ordering) Imagine treating customers like they matter! They did at IHOP!
