The waitress was very pleasant and patient while we made our decisions. She helped explain the menu and that we could order single pancakes.The atmosphere was nice, not super crowded, even on a Sunday at 1. The food took a while to come, but the drinks were great- I got the raspberry iced tea (cause it’s a Pepsi place, no diet coke) and I was very pleased with it. My son got some evil looking blue-colored sparkling lemonade that was right up his alley.The atmosphere was cozy and pleasant. The lighting was very nice, and it seemed clean. There was upbeat motown music at a good volume- not too loud.

I recently visited this restaurant, and while the food was plentiful, it wasn’t quite what I expected. They serve huge pancakes—almost too big to finish! Unfortunately, the service wasn’t the friendliest, which didn’t help the experience. Overall, there was just too much food, and it was a bit overwhelming. Would I go back? Probably not.

⭐️⭐️After a long day of shopping, my family and I decided to stop by the IHOP in downtown Brooklyn. Initially, we were unsure if it was open due to the dim lights and the scaffolding outside. The host was welcoming and quickly seated us, but the atmosphere felt a bit unsettling with the empty front section and wet floors from mopping.Our waitress, Lataysha (though I’m not 100% sure about her name), unfortunately, did not make the experience any better. She approached our table but didn’t say much—just stood there, which felt awkward. When we greeted her, there was no acknowledgment. We ordered two burgers with pancakes, but when it came to drinks, her correction about the “fake Sprite” was delivered in a harsh tone.We were really unhappy with the service, but the food was great thanks to the chef. Sadly, no thanks to the waitress, we won’t be returning to this location. I hope they can work on these issues in the future.

Came to IHOP for my students’ in-school last-day order, and Cathryn, the manager, made the experience great. A small issue came up, and she handled it quickly and went above and beyond to make it right. She was kind, professional, and made sure my students felt special. I’d be happy to come back—maybe even for a full trip!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We got seated and we were told a server would be with us shortly. We waited 15 mins, and there was no server. I had to get up and ask a server to come to our table. The server then came and took our order. We then waited 30 minutes for our food and drinks, and come to find out that they completely forgot about us and absolutely nothing was made, not even our drinks 😂 Horrible service, we decided to just leave right after
