Went to IKON NYC yesterday with a friend for happy hour and had a great time. The food and drinks were excellent, our waitress Mersy was fantastic, and the entire team’s hospitality stood out. Great ambiance and music—highly recommend!

It's fun the hours of eating are limited. The staff are o n point because the gratitude (tip) is already added .Hostess the white girl " is a bit rude I had a table spent 300 dollars and I was told i can keep that table then I was kick out of bit because it was reserved " really why give me that table then not knowing what are my plans for the night .I walk over to the bar and spent another 100 and still she kept being rude. So I took my money elsewhere. Enter at your risk. Other places appreciate you better if you spent 80 .

Had such a great time at Ikon NYC the other night! The vibe was fun as always, but what really made the night stand out was the service. Our waitress Areli’s was amazing! super friendly, on point with everything, and made us feel taken care of without hovering. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and just had that warm energy that makes you want to come back.Shoutout to Steward too! you could tell he was keeping everything running smooth in the background. Our food came out perfectly timed, nothing was rushed or delayed, and the table was always reset and ready like magic. It’s those little touches that make the whole experience feel effortless.

Ikon is one of the worst things that has happened to Inwood.Outside, cars are double- and triple-parked, horns blare when people get stuck, and overwhelmed valets can’t keep up. At 4 a.m., drunk patrons spill out noisily. Fights break out at all hours.What’s most frustrating is that this bar gives nothing back to the neighborhood—its owners and workers aren’t from Inwood, and the crowd comes from outside. All it leaves behind are sleepless nights, dirty mornings, and growing insecurity.And where is Community Board 12 in all this? They’re supposed to represent residents, review liquor licenses, and hold businesses accountable, yet they’ve allowed places like this to keep operating.Why not open something that actually improves life here—a supermarket, a family restaurant, a gym, a community center—anything but another nightclub dragging down the quality of life in Inwood?
