The woman staff who works late night at 12:30 AM on Mondays is so nice!! I didn’t get her name but they ran out of brownies so she gave me an extra cookie ❤️❤️ Love this store will be back!!

Visited this location while visiting NYC over Thanksgiving last year, it was my first time trying Insomnia and their cookies are simply the best I’ve ever tried! They’re warm out of the oven and so soft when eaten that they melt in your mouth. The wait times weren’t long and I didn’t have to wait for them to be done baking.The location is a bit difficult to find if you enter Penn Station from the Moynihan Train Hall, but it’s pretty easy to get to after you reach the LIRR part of the station.The cookies were so good that I stopped by once again before I got on my Amtrak train departing. I love these so much and have recommended them to many others and have visited other locations in Seattle and Baltimore after liking them so much.

Warning: Delicious and addicting!OMG I tried these cookies today for the first time. They’re so freakin’ delicious and addicting. Crunchy on the outside but warm and soft on the inside. Not too sweet, which I like a lot. I also taste a hint of salt. My daughter said that it is better than CC.
