The result is a welcoming space that feels instantly comfortable and forward-thinking, making it a neighborhood gem and a destination for eco-conscious coffee lovers across the city.
At IXV Coffee, the focus is simple: deliver great-tasting coffee and treats while making every effort to minimize the environmental footprint. This unwavering dedication to sustainability elevates the entire experience, transforming a simple coffee run into a positive, mindful choice. It’s a place that successfully proves that you don't have to sacrifice quality or convenience to support a better planet. From the moment you step into the charming space—often a converted garage with an inviting, open feel—you'll recognize the genuine effort and passion poured into every detail.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Really nice place! The eco friendly vibe is very strong here.-community mugs so you don’t have to use paper cups-stack of cloth hand towels in the bathroom-cute chairs-nice open garage feel-treats look decent but haven’t tried. I see pastries and overnight oats-pet friendly and they sell dog treat bags.
April 27 · Dennis O-OThe espresso is very smooth and delicious. The 2 dollar up charge for Almond milk is a little much. But over all, worth it.
June 25 · Chris Seibel$14.50 for a toastie that was supposed to include pickles, poblano peppers, and greens. There were no peppers and only 3 slices of pickle. Not to mention this sandwich used to come with bacon and now it doesn’t, but the price is still the same. Super disappointing.
August 07 · Krystal MorrisonI was refused service. Once a month they will only serve you only if you bring your own container or used one of their donated mugs. I told the worker I didn't bring a mug and I did not want to use the ones they offered. I don't feel comfortable using a random mug. These mugs are not behind the counter, they are out in the open for anyone to touch. The worker just kept saying something like 'we are asking everyone to use reusable mugs today'. He didn't read the room and realize I didn't want to use and of those disgusting mugs. He didn't budge, just kept staring at me with a smirk. I guess he felt it was more important to refuse to comply. He was obviously not the owner because a business owner would understand that it's easier to sell me a coffee in a disposable cup because1. you are losing a sale and2. you are losing a repeat customer who works close by and3. this customer told all her coworkers not to buy coffee at this place. But I guess its better to just keep repeating 'we are asking everyone to use reusable mugs today'.
July 03 · lindaThe craziest Mocha or “Dirty Hot Chocolate Latte » I’ve ever had! This is the most welcoming reimagined garage in the neighborhood! The coffees and snacks are carefully prepared by Jenny, who leads a committed initiative for responsible consumption. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly. A must-stop for a gourmet break if you’re in the area!
