I love Jimbo's, but never visited this location. What's to say? You know what you're getting at Jimbo's. It's nice to see that the prices haven't skyrocketed over the years, but the burgers are still delicious.

I just threw $50 in the trash! Ordered breakfast for my daughter and I. Bacon was greasy and soggy. Sausage was burnt yet wet and they put no syrup for an order of pancakes. To top everything off my daughter’s stomach is now hurting. I should’ve known not to even place the order from the rudeness of the person on the phone. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR STOMACHS!

I used to brag about the food. Now, something is off. I ordered twice and both times, my order wss WRONG. I don't think the person taking the orders are actually reading what is ordered. The first time I ordered 2 fried eggs HARD. The eggs were soft and runny. The second time I ordered 2 SCRAMBLED EGGS SCRAMBLED VERY WELL. I received food that looked like slop. The eggs were sunny side up and very runny again. I also ordered a side of hash browns. The potatoes were not cooked and smelt weird. I tried entering a complaint about the food and received a message that "I was not eligible for a refund". I simply needed to let the restaurant know how displeased I was with my orders. I did not want a refund. How does a consumer express their annoyances if they are not given a chance? If the owner can reach out to me and simply resend my order as corrected, I would be satisfied. Please have a person who actually pays attention to the online order screen to get the food order right when ordered. You are taking our money and not satisfying our taste buds. Please Stop serving disgusting food that is thrown together instead of being cooked to satisfy.

Ordered through UBEREATS and never again. First of all ordered a simple "2" eggs over easy with home fries and bacon, only got 1 egg. Ordered a "smoothie" which I believed it was a real smoothie so decided to get the extra large, to what they sell $9 for it and to my surprise it's a slushie which it has no real fruit and it's just sugar food coloring and water. Never again I'm I ordering from here. Spend your money elsewhere this serves as a reminder that we should read reviews before ordering anywhere.
