Service was pretty mediocre.We can post lunch around 2:45 PMThe cashier and barista were pretty nonchalant, Vibe checklist was a zeroI asked a few more cashier about ingredients in a muffin. She told me she doesn’t know the ingredients. “She just works there”I was asking for allergy concerns and was instantly annoyed at her response.The manager wasn’t present, not a big deal, but it would be great to get a allergen chart or train your employees on allergy awareness

I brought my nanny kids here to do summer work almost every single day this summer. We all love this location so much! Every single staff member has made us feel welcome and has brightened our summer mornings considerably. The kids beg to visit and not just for the yummy treats. We are so thankful!

Honestly if this was a review for a cute cafe that people spend time sitting in to work etc the review might be better. However, the lay out and close proximity to the train clearly suggest it’s primarily a take out coffee spot… and on that front it is not a success.Pros: Fine coffee, nice baristasCons: Inefficient / slow line (bad if you are trying to commute into work) and, most importantly, really really horrible lids.Management needs to get better cup lids for the coffee. Every day the lids leak all over my hand and the cup and drip onto my clothes etc. Today, the lid went one step further and fully exploded off the top of the cup and splashed boiling hot coffee all over my lap on the train. As a commuter coffee option, their primary function is to make sure the coffee stays in the cup during transit, which hasn’t been the case for me.

Just got my first Saturday morning coffee here and the girl behind the counter was amazing—she smiled, was super nice, and had such a positive vibe. That kind of genuine friendliness is hard to find in NYC these days.

We like the coffee and matcha latte we ordered. Service is appropriate. Atmosphere is relaxing. Their tables have outlets which is really nice. They also sell coffee beans. Accepts credit/debit. See image and video for reference. Looks like they are still new here so you can’t tag them on insta or fb for location.
