The staff is so welcoming and efficient. The security guard at the door greeted us and helped us roll my mom's wheelchair with ease.Their fried chicken is amazing and love how they can split a bucket with spicy & orginal bucket. With their chicken being so good, I tried their burger--that did not disappoint! The only glitch in the service was that they kept running out of mac & cheese, but it was definitely worth the wait!There is ample parking, but it's a shared parking lot with other locations, with a busy hospital across the street.Noticeably, the staff keeps the dining area VERY clean. There wasn't a sign of any longstanding trash on tables or stacked trays.

Jolliebee is new and it is located across the street from University Hospital on Bergen Street next to IHOP,The chicken is very crispy. The gravy was so delicious the pineapple juice I’m not really a fan of it, but I would definitely recommend the Spicy fried chicken if you can handle the spice. They only serve thighs and legs. French fries are very tasty. The spaghetti taste like candy and It’s too sweet also it has pork in it. The whole restaurant is clean you are always served with a smile, the biscuits remind me of KFC biscuits but they’re good, puffy and they’re wonderful. I give this restaurant a 9 out of 10.

Newly opened Jollibee close to downtown Newark! Giving 3 stars because the service is superrrrr slow, took me a total of 30 mins to get my takeout order. Also they don't have Yumburgers or Palabok. Only chicken, pies and regular "american" burgers.Make sure to DOUBLE CHECK your order when you pick it up because they gave me original chicken instead of spicy andddd they gave me peach mango pie instead of ube pie. I had to ask them to replace it which took even more time.Plenty of parking outside. They also have a drive-thru window.

Great service from Gemma! Very accommodating and friendly. We had a lot of requests but she was so nice and accommodated each of our requests with a huge smile on her face.She even speaks different languages too! I also love that the branch is so clean and food is served freshly cooked. They didn't have palabok but I will definitely come back here because of the service from Gemma and the crew!
