The food was delicious and staff so kind and friendly. There are some really unique offerings here. The chicken was so juicy and tender and the peach mango pie was so good it will make you want to slap your gritsy ganny. One of the better fast food biscuits I have ever had... just saying.The only thing I have to complain about is available seating and lack of signage. It was difficult to find and there wasn't enough seats for the amount of people trying to enjoy the great food.

I had heard so much about Jollibee, but nothing compares to actually experiencing it myself. I have to admit, it puts KFC, Popeyes, and even Bojangles to shame. The spicy fried chicken alone is a game-changer. When they say spicy, they mean it. The little flag they place in the chicken is not just cute, it’s a bold announcement that you are about to enjoy something crispy, juicy, and packed with heat and flavor.The sides were just as impressive. The fries were perfectly seasoned, the biscuit was soft and delicious, and dipping everything in that rich, savory gravy took it to another level. The drinks were unique and refreshingly different from the usual fast-food options.The fried chicken is definitely the star of the show, but everything I tried was genuinely enjoyable. I cannot wait to come back and try the pies and pasta sides next time. Jollibee exceeded every expectation. If you have been thinking about trying it, go. You will not regret it.

I really do think that Jollibee has the best fast food fried chicken. This time around I got the 2pc Chickenjoy that came with a biscuit and gravy. I also got the pineapple bbq dip because I really like it. The breading on the chicken was crispy and flavorful, I especially enjoyed the spicy one. But the real highlight of Jollibee's fried chicken to me is how supremely tender and juicy the interior is! The meat is shockingly tender, to the point where I'd love to learn the secret so I can replicate it at home. The biscuit was also pretty good, flaky and flavorful, but it kind of relied on the gravy for moisture (not necessarily a bad thing!).

First time trying Jollibee and I loved it. The chicken is better than anything you can get at most of the American chicken chains.Went a little after midnight on a Wednesday, service was rapid and were able to get a table. Food quality was fantastic and fresh. The staff (one woman in particular) was extremely helpful!

With all the incredible food options at Time Square, sometimes I still find myself craving Jollibee.The fried chicken is always crispy on the outside with a thin, golden coating that stays crunchy without being greasy. The inside is a uper juicy, tender, and flavorful, with that signature Jollibee aroma you just don’t find anywhere else. Their dipping sauce—a lighter, thinner version of gravy—is surprisingly complex and brings out even more of the chicken’s richness without overpowering it.My favorite is the mashed potatoes and gravy, which are low-key one of the best sides in fast food. There’s this fresh, creamy fragrance to the mashed potato and gravy that makes it uniquely comforting.The Times Square location is clean, modern, and bright—plus you get your food quickly even when it’s busy. Whether you’re Filipino or just fried chicken-curious, this place hits different.
