★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It's so worth trying this place out. We had to wait a bit to be served because it was busy. The food was amazing and fresh, understandable why it's on the pricier end. We were surprised that the server cooks the meet for us, which we are very glad they did. They know how long to cook the meat to reach the best texture and tenderness. It was the overall experience here that I love. Combining different side dishes and eating them together was so fun and delicious. All the servers were kind and professional, and they were also low-key attractive. I really want to return when I visit again.Note: I think we had some sort of beef platter and it came with a bunch of side dishes. We also ordered a side of pancake. This was for a party of 3. Each of us spent probably around $50. We weren't stuffed but the portion was still perfect.
May 06 · dreamynationAn extraordinary experience! Amazing, high quality meat, perfectly marinated! You can grill it yourself, but if you feel lazy, the friendly staff will cook it to perfection. Very nice dipping sauce and tasty bibimbap! Of course it is on the pricier side of NYC restaurants, but definitely worth it! I'd go there every day!
August 30 · Christian BehmOne of the top tier KBBQ spots in Ktown and the pricing is reflective of that. Been here a handful of times already, and the meats, cuts, and service is always excellent. Dont worry about cooking your food because they do that for you here. Just make sure to chew thoroughly. You’ll be spending a pretty penny here for sure, but it’s all worth it. Lines can get long on the weekends! They also have specials running here and there (see pics). All in all, a nice atmosphere when you walk through the elevators as it feels like you transformed to maybe South Korea?
August 22 · abcdanJongro BBQ is a famous Korean BBQ spot located in the heart of Koreatown. The service was fast, efficient, bringing out all the dishes in a timely manner and serving them quickly. The staff were quick to explain their favorite dishes, and they checked in at regular intervals even if the place was busy. The meat quality is fresh and excellent, even with it's higher price point for KBBQ a-la carte. The banchan was unique, with fresh offerings as well as the Corn cheese which tasted great. The meat was seasoned and marinaded well, and tasted of high quality.Definitely a place to check out and eat, as it lives up to its hype.
July 02 · Nick SWe got there a little early and waited until the opening time of 11:30am to be seated. The staff were quick, efficient, and very professional. We got the beef short ribs gobdol & pork cutlet over rice from the lunch menu. The pork was a little tough but flavor was overall 10/10 for both dishes.
