Personally find the taste to be terrible. Taste like artificial flavouring. Ordered the latter with 50% sugar but it taste like 100% sugar and artificial tasting. Won't recommend this shop. Didn't realise heytea was just a street away would have gotten heytea.

The classic bubble waffle was not crispy, not light and airy as promoted, more cakey than you’d expect (likely poured too much batter). Flavor is okay and not very sweet, but they didn’t cool it down to let it get crispy and they put it inside a bag where it kept steaming and becoming soggy very quickly. Would not recommend until they make changes - very disappointed.

I visited New York for vacation and stumbled upon this spot by chance. They use fresh ingredients, which are nicely displayed in the counter fridge. I tried the mango sticky rice, it was delicious! I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance.
