★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Earlier this week, I walked into a Juice Press on an early morning walk to work. It was pretty cold outside, and I was looking for a kind face and a hot beverage to warm me up. I found Christina working at the counter there; she was gentle and welcoming. Christina took her time with me and recommended a hot chocolate, based on my stated preferences. Then, she proceeded to make me a ridiculously good hot chocolate (with an oat milk base). It was delicious! And, as someone who used to train and manage others at a big vegan juice company, I must say that her juice fridges looked great! They were so well-organized. I have included photos here. Thanks, JP and Christina for such a warm wintry welcome. : ) My Best, Katherine
January 09 · Katherine Katsanis-SemelReally big communication barrier with the staff. When I was asked if I wanted toppings in my bowl, i replied by asking 3 times if toppings were included or if I had to pay extra (since the menu is just cluttered information).I was told the 3 times “you can add toppings”… I kept repeating, But are they paid or not?! And kept getting the same answer… in the end I said “yes” and gave my list of toppings, and still my bowl came back empty… i was so frustrated I left without saying a word. this is a reminder to not tip again before receiving my food.
August 03 · Pedro SimaoThe woman working this morning had a very negative demeanor. She seemed bothered by the presence of anyone entering the establishment. When I recieved my Cacao Blueberry, she forgot to give me napkins since they're only accessible behind the counter. When I asked for them, she rolled her eyes and gave me some with her hands still wet... At the point, I left the store, then threw out my smoothie because her attitude and energy definitely compromised the overall trust I have for her as a customer. It's beyond sad.
December 27 · John PuelloMost times I have a very good experience here.. Though there are a few times they will be out of the ingredients I enjoy in my shake. Also, would be nice if they had a phone number to contact them to verify if these things are in stock before I walk up to the location. The Staff is quite friendly and they do know exactly what I want when I go in. I do enjoy this location a lot and will continue to promote the store.
January 02 · Brian ZalewskiSmoothie is always delicious (flavor and consistency) however, it would be nice if they were cold. The warm smoothie is a little bit off putting and would be a 5 star if they used frozen bananas or something like that.
