The family run shops on the side streets of Kyoto will make you yearn for their confections long after you've left Japan. I was excited to find this place online and to visit while we were in NY. The service is great and I appreciate their willingness to let me practice my Japanese. They have a nice selection of different Japanese classics. I'm a bit disappointed that the daifuku I got has dairy. Make sure to read your labels before you purchase as that was a surprise. - Tiffany Rupp
