Konoha Yakitori Ramen and Sushi House Introduce
In the vibrant and welcoming neighborhood of Brooklyn, a culinary haven for Japanese food lovers has established itself as a local favorite: Konoha Yakitori Ramen and Sushi House. This establishment has quickly become a go-to for residents and visitors alike, thanks to its commitment to quality, authenticity, and a truly inviting atmosphere. Unlike many larger, more impersonal restaurants, Konoha Yakitori feels like a neighborhood secret, a place that has "captured my heart," as one reviewer put it. The restaurant’s specialty is its trio of Japanese classics: ramen, sushi, and yakitori, all prepared with an attention to detail that showcases true culinary skill. The casual and cozy setting makes it the perfect spot for a relaxed dinner with friends, a solo lunch, or a quick bite after a long day.
What sets Konoha Yakitori apart is its dedication to a multi-faceted Japanese dining experience. While many restaurants may specialize in one area, Konoha excels at three. The yakitori, a traditional Japanese method of grilling skewered meat and vegetables, is a standout. Reviewers rave about the "great skews," and the "yakitori experience" is often highlighted as a memorable part of the meal. The variety of skewers, from the classic Chicken Set to the more adventurous Smoked Lamb Chop and Enoki Bacon, offers something for every palate. The ramen is equally impressive, with a "great soup base and chewy noodle" that one customer declared as "one of the best ramen place I been to." The sushi, meanwhile, is praised for its freshness and quality, with a customer calling it "the favorite sushi we've had in Park Slope," and describing the Salmon Sushi roll as "delicious, fresh, and buttery." This trifecta of excellence ensures that no matter what you're craving, Konoha Yakitori can deliver an authentic and satisfying meal. The friendly and attentive staff adds to the charm, making every visit feel special and personal.
The essence of Konoha Yakitori lies in its ability to be a high-quality destination without being pretentious. It’s a place where you can find genuine comfort food like Tonkotsu Ramen and Gyoza, but also be impressed by the fresh ingredients and careful preparation of dishes like the Salmon Don or the Tuna Pizza. The atmosphere, described as casual and cozy, makes it an ideal spot for any occasion. It’s a place that welcomes a diverse crowd, from solo diners seeking a quiet meal to groups enjoying a lively night out. As an Asian-owned business, it brings an authentic perspective to its cuisine, ensuring that every dish is a true representation of Japanese flavors and traditions. This blend of authenticity, a wide-ranging menu, and a heart-warming atmosphere makes Konoha Yakitori a true must-visit in the Brooklyn food scene.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Loved my yakitori experience in Brooklyn! Just 5mins walk from where we stayed.. very low-key little restaurant with friendly staff, and great skews and Ramen! I have to say this is one of the best ramen place I been to. We had Tonkotsu. Great soup base and chewy noodle. Yum.. and we had the 10 different skews. And different sushi. My family favorite appetizer is tuna pizza. It is like tuna sashimi on top of friend onion pancake. Great combo. Also had salmon don. That was highly recommend by my family as well! Bottom line, everything was great! At the end they gave us mochi ice cream to celebrate 🥳 birthday 🎂! So sweet...If I ever go back to the area, I will definitely go there again!
July 28 · Adelaide ZSuch a lovely and intimate ramen and sushi restaurant that has really captured my heart. The Salmon Sushi roll was delicious, fresh, and buttery and came in a big serving for lunch. I also had the seaweed salad as a perfect green accompaniment. The lunch specials are delightful and carefully put together to satisfy a hungry stomach. I adore the well-designed space, especially also the mural of Mountain Fuji. The staff is very attentive and super-friendly. Can’t wait for my next visit.
May 15 · Eva Schickerwe enjoyed their wide selection of choices from yakitori, sushi to ramen. we were craving ramen that day and this place hit the spot for us. the broth was comforting and the noodles were filling.
August 06 · Lori LamThe service here is absolutely amazing, shout out to our server we came here on a Friday night on 06/20/2025 and our server did an amazing job with recommending what to get and making sure to always service the table and just talking to us.The yakitori was absolutely amazing, try the steak and lamb. The ramen here is an absolute banger tbh the best I’ve had in a long awhile and the price was great. Very budget friendly.
June 21 · Andy PhuongHad the Original Ramen and the Yakitori Mix Set. The ramen broth was surprisingly light for how flavorful it was (in a good way), pork was very tender, and the ramen noodles were perfectly made. The yakitori mix set was pretty good; their grilled technique was on par with other traditional yakitori places (meat still juicy& flavorful w even charring). Kunga was a very polite and attentive server, and Nobu was very friendly and spoke of how everyone making the food comes from a long background of working in Japanese restaurants. Their experience was definitely tasted through the quality of the 2 dishes we tried. Would be helpful in the future to have hooks for bags/umbrellas at the side counter seating, but otherwise, looking forward to coming back (we were told to try the sushi next time :)
