Amazing food and even more amazing owner who has great hospitality and cares about the community. Unfortunately had a bad experience with a server, I was standing waiting to pay for my order and she just continued to ignore me, wash dishes and bring drinks to a table that was dining in. Just because I wasn’t dining in doesn’t mean I should be disregarded. Still a great place but I was let down a bit by this.

A little hole in the wall, this spot is easy to miss but it's one of the few to serve menudo, at least to our knowledge.Service was polite and reliable.The grub:Highly recommend ~ Enchilada verde. Great crowd-pleaser with generous portions and fresh flavorSkip ~ Mojarra frita (fried porgy fish). This one was pretty forgettableTry ~ "Five-alarm" menudo; the spice level here is not for the faint of heart.Special mention to the waitress who took pains to prepare a refreshing and generously adorned mug of michelada (no pic unfortunately).

Food was great!!! We had Sopes de Res and Taco Placero de Chile relleno. Tortillas for both were handmade. They greet you with free chips and guac!! Who does that? It was delicious!! and homemade salsas are really good!. Very nice service. Food ambiance. A little pricey for other places I have been, but it was worth it.

Delicious and huge torta cubana !Waitress kindly gave us a “tepache drink” on the house I never heard about it but it was awesome!
