It’s a super cute spot if you like to take pictures. 📸✨I went during the week, so the music was a little slow and kind of sad 😅 — but I think on the weekends it must be so much fun and full of life!Something I loved was that they celebrated two birthdays, and they sang with drums! 🥁🎂 It was super cute, and people were very happy.Now the food… hmm, not my favorite. The calamari was okay. And the guacamole wasn’t that good for me, but I still ordered it twice 😆 (I just love guacamole).The desserts came in special cups, and that was so cute and original! 🍨✨I got churros, and they were so good! 😍 The portion is big enough for 3 or 4 people if you don’t eat too much sweet.We also got a giant drink, and it was enough to get me and my friend tipsy 🤭🍹. So I give the drinks a 10 out of 10. Super fun, super tasty!💖🎉 La Fortaleza is perfect for celebrations and cute pics!

Typical Mexican food with special accentuation on ambiance. A lot going on in the place with decor. Food was OK, but not knock me out great. I have had better. At Frontera for example, I find the dishes better, but that's my opinion. The burito at Frontera is at least twice as large. Drinks are expensive and the portions are smaller than I am used to seeing. For example, the Guacamole was a very small amount for 5 people. At Frontera it's 3 times the size for 3 people and comparable price. Also, this practice of adding the "tip" as a service charge does not sit well with me. It is listed as "service charge" on your cheque. Choose your purveyors wisely.
