★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Walked in for lunch after deciding to eat hot pot. The all you can eat price is pretty cheap. Service is quick and they were attentive. Overall they have a good interior and I think there was dry ice floating around too which was pretty cool.
April 23 · Sam LiIf you’re looking to find hair in your food, then this is the right establishment for you. We’ve been regulars here for a long time—coming almost every week and always ordering the seafood hot pot. But after our latest visit, we’ve sadly decided not to return. Not long after we started eating, we found a hair in the soup. The waiter helping us even saw it and brought over the manager. While the manager did apologize, he immediately started questioning the situation—asking if the hair was long or short—which felt unnecessary and off-putting. It didn’t matter what kind of hair it was; the problem was that there was hair in the food. Eventually, both soup bases were replaced. After waiting a while for the new broth to boil, we continued our meal—only to find another hair, this time in the other soup base, tangled in the vegetables. At that point, it was no longer just a one-time mistake—it felt like a serious hygiene issue. Two hairs, in two different pots, in the same night? We completely lost our appetite. We asked for the check, simply wanting to leave. The manager came back and offered 20% off. But in an all-you-can-eat setting, that made absolutely no sense. It felt like they were assuming we were 80% full, so 20% off should make up for it. But we hadn’t even eaten half of what we normally would—we had to stop because of how grossed out we were. The discount felt arbitrary and dismissive, as if they just wanted us to leave quietly. It’s not about the money—it’s about how the situation was handled. One hair might be excusable. But two, along with an insincere apology and a meaningless discount, shows a clear lack of care and accountability. We left hungry, disappointed, and ready to find a new go-to hot pot spot.
July 27 · J CFirst time here. My daughter picked the place. Great food. Great beer. Staff was amazing!!
June 07 · Juan FelicianoGreat for birthday get togethers, individual pots were a very sanitary option. The free deserts were also amazing.
August 13 · Leo ZouThe hot pot is as good as the hot pot can be. The mala bbq is good also, must try. But the hidden master piece of this place is the pudding dessert!!!! I always come back for this bowl
