Amazing vegan restaurant!!! It is so easy to night out and drink every night in NYC but this restaurant offsets our eat outs. Love all the healthy and delicious items on the menu. The bowls are amazing. A mezze plate with two different hummus and coconuts is top notch. Wish this place opens in LA too!!! - Jenna Park

## What is Worth Choosing

The menu at Le Botaniste is a playground of flavors and textures, with each dish designed to be both delicious and nutritious. The core of the menu is their "prescription" bowls, and a few of these have become instant favorites. The Tibetan Mama bowl is a popular choice, featuring brown rice, a creamy coconut peanut butter curry sauce, and steamed greens. This dish is lauded for its comforting and satisfying qualities, with one customer calling it a "must-try." Another fan favorite is the Pasta Bolo, a plant-based take on a classic bolognese made with quinoa fusilli, a rich bolognese sauce, and a superseed mix. It’s a great example of how Le Botaniste takes traditional dishes and makes them healthy and delicious. For those who enjoy a bit of spice, the Spicy Chili Sin Carne is an excellent option, filled with chickpeas, lentils, and a spicy chili sauce.

Beyond the signature bowls, the menu offers a variety of other enticing options. The Mezze Plate is a standout, an assortment of different spreads and veggie balls. One customer review specifically mentions the "mezze plate with two different hummus and coconuts" as being "top notch." The spreads, like the Green Pea Hummus and Turmeric Lemon Hummus, are a great way to start your meal or share with a group. For something lighter, the Botanical Salad is a fresh and vibrant choice, while the Asian Noodle Salad offers a unique blend of flavors and textures. The restaurant also has a build-your-own bowl option, allowing you to choose your base, sauce, and toppings, ensuring your meal is exactly what you crave.

The beverage and dessert menus also add to the appeal. The restaurant is a natural wine bar, offering a curated selection of organic wines that pair perfectly with the food. Desserts like the Omega 3 Brownie and the Red Fruit Chia Pudding are not only delicious but also packed with healthy ingredients. The atmosphere is consistently praised, with one customer describing it as "a great spot for people looking for actual vegan, whole food, meals" with "very distinct flavors." The staff's friendly and knowledgeable nature adds to the great experience. With its commitment to organic ingredients, a focus on health and sustainability, and a menu that is as flavorful as it is clean, Le Botaniste is an essential stop for anyone seeking a wholesome and delicious meal in SoHo. It’s a place where you can eat out every night and still feel good about your choices, a true rarity in New York City.
